Darren Bewick has undoudtedly been one of the most exciting players to wear the red and black in the past decade.

Fans have enjoyed watching his brilliant pace and inspirational goals for more than a decade.

So the Essendon Football Club has designated season 2000 as Darren Bewick's testimonial year.

Darren made his debut with the club in 1988 and has played 218-senior games since that time.

Darren was second in the club best and fairest in 1991 and has played in Essendon's pre-season premiership sides in 1993, 1994 and 2000.

He was also a member of the 1993 premiership side and has polled 55 Brownlow Medal votes during his illustrious career.

And supporters will have the chance to honor the contribution of Boris at a Testimonial Dinner being held at Moonee Valley later this year.

It should be a fantastic night that all Essendon supporters get along to and show their support of Darren Bewick.

If you want to get in early for the night, call the club on 92300300.
