Essendon full forward Matthew Lloyd will tomorrow have surgery to repair a ruptured tendon in the ring finger on his right hand.The tendon was torn after getting caught in an opposition jumper during a marking contest against Fremantle.Lloyd is expected to miss the next four games as a result of the surgery.
