Western Australian Bomber fans can meet two club champions this Saturday morning thanks to club major partner Samsung.
Reigning Crichton Medalist, David Hille, will be joined by 1993 best and fairest winner, premiership player and former captain, Gary O'Donnell, to sign autographs and have photos with fans.
Essendon assistant coach, O'Donnell, said he is looking forward to catching up with the club's largest fan base outside of Victoria.
""Essendon enjoys incredible support in WA and it's great that Samsung has been able to arrange this event,"" he said.
""We have many WA boys on our list at the moment - including the exciting Paddy Ryder and Tayte Pears - and many of our past great players were from the West so we have a very strong connection to the State.""
When: 9-10am, Saturday, 22nd August.
Where: Vodafone Store (Shop T87 - ground Level), Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City, 420 Joondalup Drive, Joondalup.
Please note, there will not be an open training session this visit.
Jason Winderlich and Cale Hooker have been named in Essendon’s squad of 25 that will fly west to take on Fremantle this Sunday and possibly secure the Bombers’ chances of playing finals. Injury has forced Patrick Ryder (knee) and Courtenay Dempsey (hamstring) from the side this week.
