Essendon selected Ricky Dyson of the Northern Knights with its final draft pick (number 44) at today's National Draft. Another speedy midfielder with an excellent left foot, Dyson joins teammate and 13th selection Brent Stanton at the Bombers. Dyson has excellent work ethic and was an All Australian Under 18 in 2003. Dyson was in the top 10% in the agility and shuttle run testing at the National Draft Camp.
