It is hard to take positives from Essendon's dismal performance against Richmond on the weekend. Even Kevin Sheedy - an eternal optimist - conceded it was the team's worst performance in over three seasons. ""It was a really disappointing day - we didn't play well. We kicked five goals for the game and one goal was that late it just beat the siren. We kicked over 20 goals against Collingwood - you shouldn't lose your talent to play within two weeks of coming off the Anzac Day match,"" Sheedy said.
