Brilliant Bomber utility Dean Rioli will play his first match since round 21 last season when he represents the Northern Territory All Stars on Australia Day.

The NT side, which also includes Stephen Koops (Fremantle), Robbie Ahmat (Sydney), Ronnie Burns (Geelong) and the Motlop brothers from the Kangaroos, will play Port Adelaide in Darwin.

"It is always good to get back home and to be back playing football will make it a great weekend," Rioli said.

Rioli missed last season's finals series after tragically re-breaking a collarbone courtesy of a Chris Grant bump in the Bombers round 21 clash with the Western Bulldogs.

"It was pretty tough at the time but that is all behind me now. I've had a good pre-season and can't wait to get back into it," Rioli said.

"They always get a good crowd to the footy back home and I'm sure this match will create a lot of interest."
