Speaking exclusively to Bomber.tv, Bock revealed his early experiences of life as an AFL footballer including fitness testing, club life and his new living arrangements with fellow Essendon player Jay Nash.
“Everything has been great at the club. All the boys have been really good and have made me feel welcome from day one. I’m really enjoying being here,” Bock told Bomber.tv.
“We had fitness testing on Monday and Tuesday and I think I went pretty well which was good.”
Towering at 205cm, Bock is the tallest current Essendon player and was the tallest player drafted in 2008. He said he was looking forward to working alongside reigning Crichton medallist David Hille and Jason Laycock in ruckwork training.
