A rampant Fremantle mid-field put paid to Essendon’s hopes of a top four spot at the end of Round 6 with a convincing 31-point win. Des Headland, Peter Bell, Troy Cook and Paul Hasleby orchestrated the win with their speed and drive through the midfield.
