From July 1, The Salvation Army Stores will be known as Salvos Stores. Long used as a nickname, Salvos Stores will be easier to remember and identify with The Salvation Army’s community work.
During the week Jason Johnson and Henry Slattery contributed to the cause by donating their unwanted clothing. Donations such as this help contribute to the $2 million worth of goods provided free of charge each year to clients referred by The Salvation Army. All surpluses generated by Salvos Stores go to assist the work of The Salvation Army.
Salvos Stores is always in need of good quality clothing, furniture and bric-a-brac. For further information, or for collection of larger items please call 13SALVOS (13 72 58).
