A story of resilience that just keeps on rolling. Earned an Essendon lifeline in pre-season as an SSP signing when Nic Martin went down for a second time and he honoured the faith with a terrific second half of the season. Played 10 of a possible 12 games under Dean Solomon and went at a career-best 23 possessions per game, including back-to-back hauls of 32 to wrap up the season. Well-deserved new deal for a popular teammate and tough customer.
