Again named Co-Captain alongside Steph Cain for 2023, Bonnie Toogood’s leadership is integral to the Bombers. Her first season in the red and black was impressive, with the 25-year-old claiming runner up in the club’s Best and Fairest, named Best Club Person and also taking home the Player Values Award. Toogood was also named in the initial All Australian squad for her strong work up forward, where she averaged 13 disposals, eight kicks per game, and seven goals for the season.
