The Essendon boys took time off from the training track today and hit the catwalk at the Sealy Australia EFC Fashion Show. Mark Johnson, Adam McPhee, Justin Murphy, Damien Peverill and Andrew Welsh were just some of the Bombers that took to the stage in fashions from Gazman, Dom Bagnato and John Eaton.

The theme of the Sealy Australia EFC Fashion Show was the ‘Rat Pack’. Rhonda Burchmore, Bobby Valentine and Paul Williamson didn’t disappoint when they performed a series of hits from the great Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis junior and Dean Martin.

Over 600 guests enjoyed the luncheon that was hosted by Bomber favourite Tim Watson. The highlight of the event was without doubt the hour fashion parade, which involved the Essendon players in day wear, street wear, work wear and after five. Female models wore the latest fashions from Perri Cutten including race wear, work wear and casual wear. All players and models wore ZU shoes and hair was done by Juno hair and beauty studio.

A special feature of the parade was young Stephanie and Thomas Hird’s inclusion in the Fashion Show. Five-year-old Stephanie was dressed as a mermaid and three-year-old Thomas was a lobster in the ""Octopus’ Garden"" segment of the Fashion Show.

Special thanks to passionate organising committee and Melbourne milliner, Melissa Jackson, also ensured an excellent show. Event sponsor Sealy Australia not only provided valuable support for the event organisers but provided guests with the opportunity to win a luxury bed, which was first-prize in the event day raffle. Antler luggage also provided a fantastic raffle prize - a ""PROTEC"" three piece luggage set valued at $1083. Thanks to Antler also for providing the luggage used in the Fashion Show and Levi's® and Frankie and Johnnie for providing the handbags.
