Essendon Football Club is mourning the passing of former Premiership player Ken Timms.

Timms played 134 games with the Bombers between 1957 and 1965 and was a member of the 1962 Premiership team.

An accurate kick, Timms kicked 134 goals throughout his career in the red and black, playing predominantly as a ruck and forward. 

Timms passed away at the age of 85 on Sunday, November 4.
