The Essendon and Richmond Football clubs are heading out west in 2027 for the inaugural Dreamtime at Maali game, to be hosted in Boorloo/Perth at Optus Stadium.

The match to be hosted by Essendon will be held on Sunday 4 July, the opening day of NAIDOC Week in an afternoon timeslot, accompanying the historic Dreamtime at the 'G game to be hosted by Richmond earlier in the year.
