VFL practice match squad selection: Bombers set for Cats clash

Dons ready for GMHBA Stadium hit-out.

Essendon has named its squad of VFL-listed players set to take on Geelong VFL in a curtain raiser at GMHBA Stadium on Tuesday.

The Dons are boosted by the return of Vice-Captain Jackson Hately, set for his first taste of on-field action in 2025.

A group of AFL-listed Bombers will round out the final squad of 25 players on the day, pending changes to the line-up.

Essendon's VFL clash kicks off at 4:30pm. Public gates do not open until 6pm for the AFL AAMI Community Series game.
