TICKETING AND MEMBERSHIP INFO 

Carlton v Essendon for King's Birthday Eve is fully ticketed. 

Members will not be able to access the game on Sunday unless they have redeemed a ticket through Ticketek 

Physical membership cards will not grant access to the game (excluding Away Reserved Seat members).

If you’re not a member, it’s not too late to sign up for 2025. Simply signup/renew online and then login to the Essendon FC app to access your ticket. Further information on mobile membership can be foundhere.  

MERCHANDISE 

Bombers fans can grab all the latest and greatest merchandise from theBomber Shop, located externally at gates one, two and three. If you’re already inside the ground, you can grab your merchandise internally on level one at gates five and seven, on level two at gate six and level three at gate six. Don’t forget to show your physical or mobile membership card to get 10% off at all EFC merchandise outlets.

GETTING THERE 

There will only be limited disabled parking options at the ‘G on Sunday, so we recommend looking at alternative transportation methods. No general public parking at the MCG will be available. The stadium is only a short walk from both Jolimont and Richmond Stations.    

For those who do have parking access, the following gates will be open:

- Gate 3 and 5 from 3:45pm

- Gate 7 from 12:15pm.  

To ensure you have a smooth trip, visit the PTV and Big Build services  to plan your journey ahead of time.

Train Disruptions  

Caulfield Station:  

Passengers change at Caulfield station for Frankston Line trains to the city from Saturday 7 to Sunday 8 June.  

Sunbury Line: 

Buses replace trains between North Melbourne and Sunshine stations from Saturday 7 to Sunday 8 June.  

Werribee Line: 

Buses replace trains between Newport and Werribee stations from Sunday 1 June to Monday 30 June:

  • 8:30pm to last train each night, Sundays to Thursdays. 
  • from 10:30pm, Fridays to 5am, Saturdays (except for Friday 20 and Saturday 21 June). 
  • from 10.30pm, Saturdays to 6am, Sundays (except for Saturday 21 June). 

Ballarat, Ararat, Maryborough Lines: 

Coaches replace trains between Melton/Caroline Springs stations and Ballarat/Ararat/Maryborough stations from first train, Saturday 24 May to last train, Saturday 7 June.

Lane Closure: 

All eastbound lanes closed between Elizabeth and Swanston streets until June 2025.  

Road Closure:  

Westbound lane closed between Swanston and Elizabeth streets. 

Left hand turn into St Kilda Road remains open.
