Essendon has named its extended squad ahead of Sunday afternoon’s matchup against the Gold Coast SUNS at Windy Hill.

There are two potential inclusions for this weekend's game, including defender Chloe Adams who will be seeking her third appearance for the 2026 season, as well as Courtney Murphy who will be looking to make her second. 

Daria Bannister will miss due to experiencing knee soreness after Sunday’s match, which will see her sidelined for two to three weeks.

Maggie Johnstone has been managed this week.

Essendon will name their official lineup at on Friday at 5:00pm (AEST).
