Exciting news for Bomber fans today with injured mid-fielder Joe Misiti getting his plaster taken off his broken wrist. Misiti broke his left wrist in the second quarter of the Round 7 match against Carlton and has been restricted to riding the exercise bike to keep his fitness level up. Football manager Matthew Drain said getting the plaster off is the first step in Misiti's recovery. ""He had the plaster taken off yesterday and the pin removed so he will be able to running straight away which is a step in the right direction to getting him back out on the field. Misiti is still a few weeks away in terms of strengthening the wrist enough to start ball handling work,"" Drain said.
