Wallis returns to match-day role
Essendon Football Club wishes to advise that Dean Wallis will return to a matchday role as of this weekend after serving his 14 match suspension for betting on AFL football. General Manager of Football Operations Paul Hamilton said Wallis’ current position as Football Administrator will now be supplemented by a role on game day for the remainder of the 2012 season.

General Manager of Football Operations Paul Hamilton said Wallis’ current position as Football Administrator will now be supplemented by a role on game day for the remainder of the 2012 season.
“The past ten months has been a difficult period for Dean but he has shown genuine remorse and has adapted and performed well in his current role as a Football Administrator.”
“Dean is looking forward to re- joining the team on matchday and utilising his vast experience to help the team in its continual pursuit for success” said Hamilton.
