Under the triangular Round One format the trio will go head to head in three short form matches beginning from 6.45pm at Etihad Stadium.
The Bombers will have a week off before heading to Wangaratta on Saturday the 2ndof March for their Round Two match against Richmond starting at 5.10pm.
Essendon chief executive Ian Robson said the club was excited to have been scheduled to play at Wangaratta Showgrounds Oval.

Round Three of the pre-season competition will see Essendon head to Manuka Oval in Canberra to take on the GWS Giants at 6.10pm on Friday the 8thof March.
The NAB Cup Grand Final will be held on either Friday 15th of March or Saturday 16th of March.
FOX Footy is set to exclusively show the matches from round 1-3 before the Grand Final is broadcast on both FOX Footy and the Seven Network.
