This weekend they have the opportunity to turn at the halfway mark of the season with an imposing 8 – 3 record and a top-four berth beckoning. But a backs-to-the-wall Hawthorn will be no pushover and Essendon's second half lethargy against Fremantle will not want to re-appear. The Bombers will want to be switched on or a lot of hard work could go down the drain.
