Essendon big man Patrick Ryder has been nominated for Round Three Goal of the Year for his snap from the boundary against the Gold Coast on Saturday night.

At the conclusion of the AFL Premiership Season, the All-Australian Selection Committee shall select the three best goals from the 23 weekly winners.

The selection will be based on a 5/4/3/2/1 vote given by each member of the selection committee.
