With grim times at Windy Hill this season due to injury woes, poor form and just plain old bad luck, it is no wonder that many dedicated Bomber supporters have turned to the Essendon website to vent some of their frustration.

In recent weeks, ‘Give-em-a-Whack’, an interactive game, which involves giving your choice of Eddie Maguire, Sam Newman, David Hasselhoff or Gary Lyon a good old whack, has been launched at essendonfc.com.au.

The game has been a great success with many fans finding that giving a few famous celebrities a gentle whack over the head can be very releasing.

But whose head is copping the most knocks from the Essendon faithful? According to our results, it seems that Eddie Maguire has been receiving a decent slapping with 36 per cent of whackers (1,140) electing to give the Collingwood President’s mug a beating.

Sam Newman comes in at second position with 26 per cent of the whacking, followed by Gary Lyon with 20 per cent.

The Hoff trails in last with a mere 18 per cent opting to clout one of the most precious faces in Hollywood.
