With only one more round before the winner of SuperBoot is announced, it's proving to be a very exciting week for those sitting towards the top of the ladder.
Greg Nothby is one step closer to winning after powering his way to the top with seven goals from Brendan Fevola.
Sitting on 79 SuperBoot goals, he only needs to hold onto the top position for the last round to take the title of 2009 champion and the prize of the Samsung 50 inch plasma television.
However, Connor James Bailey has not lost sight of the finish line yet, just behind the leader with 78 goals after kicking two goals with Matthew Pavlich.
Still in the mix of the competition is Brendon Mitchell with 72, Graeme O’Brien and Vernon McGuinness both with 71 goals and Warwick Spalding with 70 goals.
As we enter the final round of the season and with the leader board changing significantly again this week, it’s still anyone’s game!
