The Seven Network and Network Ten have won the TV rights battle and will broadcast AFL football from 2007 - 2011. The AFL put out a press release late this afternoon announcing the deal had been clinched after the networks matched the $780 million deal put to the AFL by PBL. Program scheduling will now be discussed and announced in due course. An AFL press release is attached.
