Midfielder, Jobe Watson, is a late withdrawal from the Bombers' side to play Sydney on Sunday with a bruised back.
Team manager, David Calthorpe, said Jarrod Atkinson has been brought into the side as an emergency.
Tom Hislop, Andrew Welsh, Adam Ramanauskas and Angus Monfries have been named on the bench.
""Jobe suffered a knock to the back at some point and he hasn’t come up as well as we had hoped,"" Calthorpe said.
""We are not going to take any chances with him, especially since we are traveling to Sydney.
""It's disappointing as he been our best ball winner and we will be looking to other players to work hard to cover his loss.""
Calthorpe said the club doesn’t expect the injury to cause Watson any long-term problems and he is likely to be available next week.
