It looms an important game for Essendon in putting the final touches on the season’s preparations and will be the first time the team has faced Geelong for since last year’s heart breaking final’s loss.
Despite not yet winning a match during the pre-season, Kevin Sheedy is comfortable with his team’s progress at this stage of the year. Sheedy is looking forward to Friday night's match in Bendigo when his team faces the Cats for the first time since they denied the Bombers a place in last years' Preliminary Final.
