Fremantle – Upgraded Alex Silvagni from the rookie list as the replacement for Antoni Grover, who was already on the long-term injury list.

Geelong Cats – Upgraded James Podsiadly from the rookie list as the replacement for Mitch Brown, who was already on the long-term injury list.

Hawthorn – Upgraded Carl Peterson from the  rookie list as the replacement for Trent Croad, who was already on the long-term injury list.
