Essendon supporters didn't see much of Dean Solomon in action in 2002 after a severe knee injury ended his year. 2002 is now behind the 22-year-old and he is back training with the squad in preparation for the new season. In the Fan’s Report Card, the Essendon fan’s found it difficult to rate Solomon’s performance because he didn't play, however they thought he looked in good shape in the preseason.
