Starting next Wednesday, we will bring you a weekly weights program to help improve your upper and lower body strength to get you in prime physical condition for the 2003 footy season.
For some people the start of the football season commences when the ball is bounced for Round 1, but this isn't the case for others. Just ask James Hird or Matthew Lloyd or Dustin Fletcher when the footy season starts for them. They will tell you it has already started and it has been going solidly for three weeks. Speak to Mark Harvey or John Quinn and they will tell you the football season hasn't even stopped for them.
