400 combined matches player / coach – John Worsfold. John is due to participate in his 400th senior match this week, having played 209 games for West Coast between 1987-98 and coached 190 games for West Coast since 2002.
Most Games, Rookie List Player – James McDonald, Melbourne. James is due to play his 238th senior game this week, equalling the mark set by Mal Michael (Collingwood, Brisbane Lions, Essendon) for the most games played by any AFL player who was selected in a rookie draft. Hawthorn – Placed Simon Taylor on the long-term injury list, with no replacement named at this stage.
Melbourne – Upgraded Michael Newton from the rookie list as the replacement for Luke Tapscott, who was already on the long-term injury list.
Port Adelaide – Returned David Rodan to the senior list, from the long-term injury list.
St Kilda – Placed Luke Miles on the long-term injury list, with no replacement named at this stage.
