The Bendigo Bombers ended their three game losing streak with an impressive win over the Coburg Tigers. Bendigo set-up the win at Punt Road with a six goal to two opening term. Mark Alvey made the Essendon match committee stand-up and take notice with a best on ground performance. Alvey dominated through the midfield and collected 29 possessions.
