The 3 mobile Six-a-Side Cricket Challenge scheduled for Friday, December 21st has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Essendon Football Club and 3 mobile apologise for any inconvenience caused.
However Bomber fans can still get up close and personal with their favourite Essendon players with an open training session scheduled to take place instead of the cricket match.
The Bombers will be training from 10am tomorrow - Friday 21st December - and there will be a free sausage sizzle, photo and autograph opportunities, as well as loads of other giveaways.
Football codes joined forces today as Krisnan Inu and Jarryd Hayne of the Paramatta Eels took part in an Essendon skills session at Windy Hill. The Eels stars took the Bomber boys through a tackling drill before testing their own talent with a Sherrin. And, to Patirck Ryder’s surprise, it seemed the NRL players were able to teach the Essendon players a trick or two.
