Communications manager Simon Matthews was on-hand to sample Wellman’s masterpiece. “The soup was actually pretty good - I might have to pop around for the main course next week. Sean certainly knows his way around the kitchen,” Matthews said. As for Ted Richards, he still needs a little cooking practice. “Ted has just moved out of home and is not that flash in the kitchen. I chose him as my assistant because there is no chance of being shown up!” Wellman said. Essendon fans will get a chance to try Wellman’s recipes in the forthcoming weeks on the BomberLand website. Stay tuned for more information on Welly and Ted's excellent adventure!
