Just 50 places remain for the second Mosquito Fleet for 2010 and they are expected to fill up fast.
The clinic will be held at Windy Hill on Monday 5th July and is only available for Mosquito Fleet Members that did not attend the first clinic.

Registration forms must be signed by a parent/guardian and returned to the club by Thursday 1st
July.
As we are dealing with a high number of children, we encourage peope to arrive at 1:30pm to
sign in, recieve a wrist band and be allocated to a group.
· Clinic Commences at 3pm
· Clinic Concludes at 5pm
The capacity for the Clinic is 600 children and registrations will be processed on a first in first
served basis.
The club will email parents/guardians (if email is provided) to confirm your child’s registration. If
