Essendon will face North Melbourne on a Sunday for the second time this season, with the AFL locking in the round 18 fixture on Wednesday.

The Bombers, who had a 72-point win over the Kangaroos in round 10, will look to extend their winning streak over North Melbourne to seven games in the 1:10pm fixture at Marvel Stadium on July 18.

The away match will be broadcast live on Fox Footy.
