Despite his bleached hair, it's what Guelfi does that goes unseen that makes him very highly regarded at the club. This recognition was solidified with the medium forward taking out third place in the club’s 2022 best and fairest. A versatile player, Guelfi’s ability to add forward pressure while hitting the scoreboard will see him continue to be a key player for Essendon for years to come.
