As Matt Rosa put it, the Bombers are ‘bringing in a high-end recruit’ when they get this guy back on the park. Martin’s had some mammoth performances as a Don in just four full seasons and is one of the SSP’s best success stories. Finished fifth in the 2025 Crichton Medal despite missing the final seven games of the season and his sheer class has been sorely missed since. Has grown massively as a leader over his rehab stint and will inevitably take a ‘bull-at-a-gate’ approach to his comeback. Recently signed on until 2031.
