NSW and travelling Dons fans will have the opportunity to watch Essendon train during its Friday captain’s run.

Fans will be able to view the team train ahead of Dyson Heppell’s 200th AFL match at the iconic SCG, with commemorative ‘Hepp200’ posters available at the ground.

Tomorrow’s open training in Sydney will be the start of every captain’s run being available and open for Dons members and fans to attend.

All captain’s runs at the NEC Hangar will see members and fans get the opportunity to not only see the team train, but also visit the Bomber Shop and the new Jack Jones Café.

Fans can register to attend Friday's captain's run here. Those who register can enter their child into the chance of winning Essendon's junior mascot competition for round nine, which includes running out with the team on gameday.
