Essendon has named it VFL side to take on Box Hill in their round 10 clash at the NEC Hangar.

After a long stint on the sidelines, Nik Cox returns to play his first competitive game for 2023. The 20-year-old has recovered from a bone stress in his back and will feature for the Bombers this weekend. Kaine Baldwin also returns to the side after two AFL matches.

Matt Guelfi comes out of the side as he makes his return to the AFL team to take on the Eagles in Perth.

First bounce is at 1:05pm on Sunday 28 May at the NEC Hangar.
