As part of the AFL's Multicultural Round, Essendon is celebrating the many different cultures that exist within Australia. Each day we will feature a piece of commentary on Stewart Crameri's amazing goal in another language along with a written article in another language. Today we begin with Jamie Pi whose native language is Mandarin.
Hi, my name is Jamie Pi and I’m a footy lover. As part of the AFL’s multicultural round I had the honour to be asked by the Bombers to write an article in my native language Chinese. I’d like to take this opportunity to explain the love I have for this wonderful game of ours to my community. Finally, I’d like to thank the Essendon Football Club and wish them all the best. Together, let us celebrate our cultural diversity: Many Cultures, One Game, Australia’s game.
