Essendon midfielder Jake Melksham isconfident the Bombers are prepared for everything that will come their wayagainst an in form North Melbourne at Etihad Stadium on Sunday.

North currently sit seventh on the ladderhaving lost just one of their last eight matches and Melksham said theimportance of the match was not lost on the players.

“If we lose we are in a really toughposition and its similar for them so it is a do or die match for both teams,”he said.

“North Melbourne are really good at using theball by hand and they are an exciting team.”

The 20-year-old believes his side can turnaround their recent poor disposals efficiency around the ground.

“When we do get it right, we have the mostdangerous ball movement in the competition,” Melksham said on SEN radio.

“When we do get our foot skills and handsright we are a very hard team to defend against, so hopefully we time it rightfor finals and it all comes together.”

Essendon will be boosted by the return of anumber of important players for Sunday’s match with Dustin Fletcher and StewartCrameri among those returning.
