A shining light from a tough season, Roberts only grew in stature on a week-to-week basis and was duly rewarded with Runner Up honours in the Crichton as a result. The defender's poise, clear leadership traits and a dogged attack on the footy are super impressive for a youngster, and there's every chance he could see more midfield minutes into the future.
