Dreamtime game has always been bigger than one match, now it is bigger than one city.

The Essendon and Richmond Football Clubs are proud to bring the Dreamtime Series to Perth, presenting Dreamtime at Maali during NAIDOC week in 2027.

Named for Maali, the Noongar word for the black swan, the match is part of a new two-year partnership with Tourism Western Australia. It will complement Dreamtime at the ‘G and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, communities and their contribution to our game.

As part of a two-year deal, Dreamtime at Maali will be a “home” game for Essendon in 2027, and a “home” game for Richmond in 2028.
