Christina Guerra
Christina is a lifelong passionate Essendon supporter having grown up in the Moonee ponds area and where Nonna still lives behind the Waterloo pub. She is particularly passionate about female leadership; supporting and mentoring aspiring women in achieving their full potential and realising what success means for each individual.
Christina has dedicated her career to the Procurement profession at Telstra, Medibank and NAB in senior leadership positions. Currently as the Director of Commercial Procurement at Tennis Australia; Christina leads a team responsible for over 2000 commercial supplier arrangements that support the growth of Tennis as a sport in Australia and brings the Australian Open to life each year.
Christina is focused on thinking big through strong stakeholder engagement to drive collaboration that transforms into innovation. Christina Founded and Chairs the Procurement Sporting Body forum; bringing together Senior Leaders from every sport in Australia to drive collaboration, insights and knowledge sharing that will drive big impact in the sporting events space.
Christina was awarded the 2025 Italian Businesswoman of the Year and is a Chair and Member of a number of Boards and Committees including The Chartered Institute of Procurement Professionals, the Swan Hill Food and Wine Festival, Tech start up Booop and the Essendon Women’s network.
