Essendon will unveil an eighth Club debutant of 2025 as part of its side to face Geelong on Sunday, in the form of draftee Sophie Strong.

The Tasmanian has been included as one of two changes for the Bombers, who'll also welcome back Steph Wales in an inspiring return from an ACL injury that ended her 2024 season prematurely.

Daria Bannister will miss with a hand injury, while Courtney Murphy has been omitted from the side.
